Well, its been a week on phase 1, and i've lost a total of 6 pounds! Water weight or not, it feels good.
I think I'll move on to Phase 2, but I'm sticking to veggie starches - sweet potatoes, butternut squash, etc. I've decided bread is an enemy that should be avoided a little while longer. Wish me luck, chicks! And thanks for the advice and encouragement so far.
