Default Hot Chocolate............bulk recipe

Just wondering if anyone has a bulk hot chocolate recipe? I grew up on the hot chocolate made with the hersheys chocolate and of course sugar with reg milk. I dont care for the prepackaged kind but I will use it in a pinch. I would like to make up a large batch so i can just scoop and go for those busy mornings.

I don't have a mix I make up in advance, because I like mine made with fresh milk rather than powdered. It's quick and easy though - as quick as a mix I think. I put a spoonful of cocoa powder, a splash of NSA syrup (marshmallow or mint flavor is really good) or a packet of splenda, a splash of vanilla or mint extract if desired, and just enough water to mix it all up. I add milk and microwave. Stir well. Sometimes I add a cinnamon stick.

If you want a dry mix, I have seen recipes for it before. Just google homemade cocoa mix and I'll bet you find a bunch. You can substitute splenda for whatever sweetener they call for.

There are several recipes in the Hot Chocolate thread in the Recipe forum.
