Default What do i do with this shrimp?!
I bought a bag of frozen salad shrimp (the little ones like the kind in shrimp fried rice) and i want to use it in some kind of hot dish for dinner tonite. any suggestions? I'm doing P1, but I can adapt your recipes...

sautee those suckers with a dab of butter, some olive oil, and lots of garlic....serve it with the veggies of your choice!

lol. I ended up adding them to 1 cup of canned diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, a bit of sauted onion, and serving it over leftover spaghetti squash. it was very good, i'm super full.
