Smile Phase 1 Tomorrow?

Anyone want to start phase one tomorrow? (I realize Thursday might not go as planned), but I figure I could get a four day head start before Thanksgiving and continue after.

In preparation I bought:

chicken breasts
cauliflower
peanut butter
celery
red peppers
tuna
chickpeas
almonds
eggs
mixed greens
light cheese

What do you think about my list? Anything else that would be good?

There is a phase 1 chick check thread you should check out... your list looks good, but I would add some more greenage to it

I started on this day two years ago. Not the best planning with a major food holiday on Thursday - but I knew it was time to start and I would adjust for Thanksgiving. While I do a modified version to maintain my weight I feel so much healthier after incorporating the SB principles into my life.

madridguiri! You sound like you're on the right track to have a plan in place to see you through the holidays. You'll find plenty of great help and support here, and we'll probably have a new Phase 1 thread for the new week on Monday.
Your list sounds good, but you should include some beans, (lentils, chickpeas, kidney, pinto, etc.), and don't forget to include your 2 cups of dairy each day, too, which could be ff or lf milk and ff or lf yogurt. Be sure to read the stickies in our FAQ section to find the updated Phase 1 food lists and other helpful information.
