Well, I was going to say meatloaf...it seems like the meal of the day in SB land.

Actually, I think we're going to have chicken manicotti. I sent most of last night's lasagna home with FIL, so we really don't have enough for a meal of leftovers.

ok....so....you guys must have planted the meatloaf bug in my head because whenever I thought of dinner during the day, meatloaf entered my head.

I ended up taking about a cup of the beans with some liquid made some dumplings out of egg and garbanzo bean flour added a couple cups of fresh spinach and voila- a super yummy dumpling soup!!!
