RNmom, isn't it crazy how quickly we gain weight but how long it takes to lose it?? I did the same thing as you, pretty much eat crappily for 2 weeks and packed on 4 lbs I had just recently lost. I had to change my ticker back up after I realized, uh uh, it's not water weight, it's real weight, and it was really depressing.
Yes!!!! I ate whatever I wanted and am really seeing the results of it, unfortunately. I thought it was water weight too, or maybe at least most of it, but nope, not so lucky!

I'm on day 4. We ate the cola chicken last night. It was so yummy. Everyone really liked it. Maybe it's only because I have been doing this for a few days, but, other than not eating fruit, this doesn't feel like a "diet." I honestly don't miss the bread and rice too much. Although I do enjoy my morning cereal, this definately feels "doable." I am working night shift tonight, and usually snack my way through the night, so I am a little concerned. I also should mention that the facility I work at is right across the street from Starbucks and they give us all of their muffins, bagels, doughnuts, and scones that are left over at the end of the day. I'm thinking that it will be tough! I will have to load up on SBD friendly snacks to bring with me. Over all, so far so good with this diet!
