That sounds great, Rdw1

I haven't decided on dinner tonight - the menu calls for "goulash" - one of DS' favorite foods because it's movie night and his turn to pick dinner BUT I have rolls that are about to go bad and I kind of feel like cajun chicken paninis. I guess I'll have to see if I can talk DS' into the sandwiches.

Well I'm thinking that it is going to be a grilled steak and roasted veggies. Fridays are always a little less structured so it could end up being a rotisserie chicken if I start feeling extremely lazy.

Did not eat teh salmon as planned last night. I think I may as well just give up on fish!
Tonight will be a grilled chicken, onion and pepper kebab with tabbouleh and the very, very last of the green beans from my garden.

Pizza night tonight, so I think I'll make myself a fajita wrap to take. That and salad, although pizza sounds good tonight, so I may scrape the cheese off of a slice.

BLSL Chicken breasts, covered in spaghetti sauce (no added sugar, no HFCS) cooked in a sauce pan until cooked through - sprinkled with low-fat shredded pepper jack and put under the broiler til lightly browned.
With broiled portabella mushroom caps and mixed string beans.
Cantaloupe and blueberries for dessert/snack.

Tonight was a friend's bday so we went to a hibachi grill... it was fab. We told them we were allergic to shrimp so they didn't cook out food with any meat and I told them no rice and I also didn't have any soup. I just had salad( i think there may have been some sugar in the dressing) and I had hibachi veggies. YUM. I am feeling a bit bloated, don't knwo if its from the sodium or if its from the dressing or what... I did have 2 glasses of chardonnay with dinner as well. All in all I think I did pretty well though!

I had BLSL chicken breasts baked in the oven with various lf and ff cheeses and tomato sauce - a few spinach leaves thrown in and some fresh sliced mushrooms. I served it with WW pasta and I also had a baby spinach leaf salad for myself - no one else wanted one. I was nervous about the pasta but I feel fine.

Went to HuHot Mongolian grill for my DD birthday & had shrimp & crab cooked with tons of veggies and a little garlic oil, with a side salad (no rice or noodles though). Yum!

Probably the sodium. I swell up like crazy after hibachi.

We were going to have cajun chicken ceasar sandwiches...but ended up being out around dinner time and picked up some sandwiches from our local deli. I had a Mediterranean tuna in a ww pita. Tuna, olive oil, capers, peppers....mmmm....
