Phase 1 peeps

Can we get a thread going for those on phase 1 to help each other move through it with ease and comfort? I'm counting tomorrow as day 1 and i'm looking forward to it, I have to pull 3 13 hour days at work so it will be a challenge but i'm going to plan what i'll eat and fight any urges 100% :carrot:
