OK< so I'm still holding at 184!!!!!
I'm going to try to do a p2 incorporation... (I was doing p1, but not eating like I should) so here I am menu planning...
Egg Muffins served with V8! *my staple breakfast food!
I use turkey bacon, grn peppers, mushrooms and onions topped with cheese
I'm trying Mama w's Meatloaf (from p2 recipe's)
served with Broccoli & cheese soup
side of milk or water
Other meals will consist of chicken served with salad, or spinach
Salads for lunch, mixed with leftovers.
Snacks will consist of celery with lf laughing cow cheese
and dessert, either fudgesicles (NSA) or peanut butter cookies (recipe from p1 desserts).
I can't figure out why I'm not losing!
