I find the earlier in the day I can work out, the less I eat for the day. Have also read studies that drinking green tea throughout the day helps rev up metabolism, level out insuling sensitivity.
Plus another benefit of exercise..I just feel so darn proud of myself when I do it. I may drag my butt there, I may count down every minute on the hamster imitation machine (treadmill) but when I see that 2.5 miles, 400 plus calories burned WOO HOO!
