DAy 3 and I have the FLU?!? :(

  • Well as luck would have it, I woke this morning and got in the shower only to raise my arms above my head and feel the dreaded blehhhh of muscle exertion and general malaise...gosh I felt like crawling back to bed BUT I also felt GREAT knowing tat my bodying is reacting and working properly and soon enough I will be shedding some heavy poundage.

    So...I stepped on the scale whic I know I shouldn't have and ...it appears as though I have lost 4lbs...can that be???? I mean, I know I was 4lbs heavier on Tuesday when I weighed in....so I guess it is..

    I still feel fatigued...ate some peanut butter this afternoon and got some energy so I'll keep on going...
  • dairy and beans will help the fatigue.
  • 4 lbs is doable, water weight as you flush those sugars out of your system!
  • Thanks Nessa, I had 8 oz of 1% milk this am and also 1/2 cup of edamame (soybeans) this afternoon... I'll be fine I am sure....it's worth it to know it's working
