WOA, the first few days can be tough, but not for everyone. Fortunately at the beginning is when you are very motivated. Just keep telling yourself you can do anything for 2 weeks. And after the first few days, you will start to feel really well and your cravings will start to subside and you will see it's so worth it!
Life's a journey, not a destination.
It's easier to stay on plan than to get back on plan.
