Ok, I suppose it's prob not good that I can get that at dunkin donuts right? I've been SO craving one all night especially with the whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Do they make em with lite whipped cream and syrup or no?

It's worth finding a real coffee shop. When the craving hits I like iced lattes with skim milk and sf caramel syrup. I don't use a lot of splenda but that's one of my exceptions. Had one this afternoon!

if you have iced coffee or an iced latte with fat free milk and sugar free syrup you are fine... count the milk as part of your dairy....
