Smile Does anyone else see the irony in Dunkin Donuts and SF?

Dunkin Donuts having SF stuff is like ordering a diet soda with a piece of pie.

I used to do that all the time in the past. My mom used to point that out. I would shrug it off, saying that I liked the taste of diet soda---yea, right!

No put down here, just thinking it is another one of our "way" of skimming off the top of our calorie counts for the day.

You got to love a donut place that offered SF anything....

....although my current stategy is just keep driving by.

Cool Chocolate syrup for jellybean...

Walden Farms makes a "Sugar Free, Fat Free, Calorie Free" Chocolate Syrup. www.waldenfarms.com

I picked it up in a Food Lion grocery. It ain't heavenly; I'd never OD on it. But it's not too bad. I'd say Walden Farms has made an excellent effort.

Cool Iced Mocha Coffee Treat...

Check out my post in Atkins Forum...New Orleans Coffee Treat. It's delicious. I ordered two flavors - mocha and french vanilla. Fabulous! Great service, nice people.

Cool Order it up!

Order you some coffee concentrate from N.O. Brew and keep it in your refrigerator with your milk and SF syrup. Be good to yourself...the only gopher you'll need is...you! (LOL)

http://www.nobrew.com/contact.html

They'll deliver right to your office in two days.

Sandyfanny, that is a really cute name!
I have a Toddy and brew up my own coffee concentrate. The main reason is that DH makes the coffee in the morning because I am too lazy but when he is away I have my coffee concentrate to rely on. But a side benefit is quick and yummy lattes. Skim milk, coffee concentrate, sugar free syrup of choice or whatever flavoring and/or sweetener, ice or zap in the microwave, just finished a caramel latte, yum!
One thing I realized after getting the Toddy though is that coffee concentrate is so easy to make and you don't need anything special. Just a pound of coffee in a pot full of water, leave overnight, and pour off the concentrate the next morning. You have to keep it in the fridge.

Ya reg soda is disgusting to me too and I used to drink it, lol.. I drink coca cola vanilla zero, but only 1 a day, not even.. I waste alot of it.. I basically drink it now to take my vitamin and pills with cause I have trouble swallowing pills and with diet soda hardly feel it going down. The rest of the time I drink Salada Green Tea (tea bags) and just add two packets of splenda.

I had one of them tide me over drinks to last me til dinner cause I was out shopping and now I have a headache, may not be able to drink that either.. stuff with ALOT of sweetener or are sweet I really can't eat or drink apparently. That includes fruit like Strawberries, that's why normally I eat cantaloupe and nothing else for fruit.

For some reason the iced lattes don't give me headaches, but reg hot coffee does.. I could never understand it, but I have dealt with headaches all my life, it's genetic on my mother's side, so alot of things I can't eat or drink cause they are triggers.
