Here's an interesting fact. As a group, we lost 118.8 lbs in July (as reported in the July weightloss thread). Our goal for August so far is to lose 156 lbs. Hooray for us!
Sorry I'm late - my son's big summer theater play was this weekend and it was a nutty couple of days.
You can up the July total to 127.6 as I lost 8.8 in July (started SBD July 9th.) It probably would have been more if I hadn't lost it halfway through the camping trip (but at least I did stick with SB for 2 of those 4 days!)
Another late check-in here! Just got back from vacation and was expecting the worst (although I was mostly on plan while I was away). Anyway, I lost a total of 9lbs in July which I'm thrilled with. Hoping for a 7lb loss in August- that would put me in the 170s (which I haven't seen in a very long time, lol).
