Default Went out to dinner tonight, hope

I really hope, didn't hurt myself, been on the SBD, day 4, I had broiled fish , topped with chedder cheese, broccoli it came with brown rice but I asked for string beans in the place of the rice, and Ice Tea with splenda.. they might have put a little butter on the string beans, there was nothing on the broccoli, it was sooo good.

I guess time will tell is there was damage done..hope I did good..

sounds like you did fine. the cheese was probably full fat just so you know but don't sweat it.

You made excellent choices! Eating out can be a challenge so it is great that you were able to choose phase friendly foods.

Thank you, I looked the menu up on line before I went and checked out the low carb meals, so that made it pretty easy, on line they had the carbs amount, but on the menu there ,it was not on it, so I think I will do that when possible, most do have them on line..

yes but remember SBD is not a low carb plan.... so sometimes the LC choices are not our best choices
