Default Campbells Tomato Juice

Are you allowed Campbells Tomato Juice on Phase 1? I'd have those maybe once a week usually, I just had one for lunch along with my low fat cottage cheese

It's listed as OK for Phase I. I imagine it's just tomato and salt.

k, thanx everyone.. I wasn't sure cause it seems there is alot of sodium in most things i've been eating and I always assumed that alot of sodium makes you retain water.. just wanna keep losing, that's all..

Here I go again about the 99 Cents Store. You can find the regular and low-sodium Campbell's Tomato Juice and V-8.
