Wow 2 Days and..
 

4 Pounds, this SBD is the first one that is working for me in 3 years...I have tried so many diets and a few I even gained..wahoo!!:carrot:

isn't it great?! i love sbd and hubby does too. i am getting ready to move on to phase 2. 5 lbs. lost so far on phase 1...

keep going forward and be sure to check back on the boards; the support on here is awesome and a huge part of my journey to weight loss.
