Chocolate PB Dessert - Phase 2
So, I finally got to Phase 2 again after July 4 and decided I needed something sweet but I was also still a little hungry after a busy day. I made the recipe with 1/2 cup ricotta, 1/2 tsp. unswettened bakers' cocoa, 2 T peanut butter, and then stirred in 1 serving of ff-sf chocolate fudge pudding. It made a TON and I could only eat 1/2 of it. Y'all, that stuff was GOOD! It seriously tasted like a peanut butter cup. If you haven't tried it, you should!
Are there any other recipes you have taken from the book and tweaked from all right to ALL RIGHT!!!
