I did not meet my June goals so will try something similar but a little more realistic this month. I do better at the gradual build up!

Goal: 2000 minutes; 5/8 yoga; 5/8 strengthening/weights
Minutes so far:2035


1 - 75 minute walk; 15 minutes strengthening
2 - 15 minute walk; 50 minute bike ride;
3 day off, there was wine
4 - 90 minutes yoga; 10 minutes stretching; 35 minute bike ride;75 minute walk
5 - 60 minute walk;
6 - 60 minute walk;
7 - 50 minute walk;
8 - 50 minute walk; 20 minutes strengthening w/weights
9 - 40 minutes yoga
10 - 40 minute bike ride;
11 - 90 minutes yoga; 10 minutes stretching; 50 minute walk
12 - 40 minute bike ride
13 - 90 minute walk;
14 - day off
15 - 55 minute bike ride;
16 - 70 minute bike ride (13 miles on a dirt trail!)

Umm, let's see here. I'd like to exercise at least 5 days a week... at LEAST 30 minutes a day. That is 150 minutes a week. 5 weeks in July = 750 minutes. And I would actually like to surpass that goal, to see if I can do it.

So... I'll aim for at least 150 minutes a week and 750 in July.

Minutes so far: 475

C= cardio, S = strengthening exercises

2- 72 minutes- 40 minutes C, 32 minutes S
