Dry Milk question...
 

I went to buy some of the non fat dry milk powder at the bulk food store and they have instant and non instant....I bought instant but wanted to make sure for the recipes that I am seeing that call for non fat dry milk if the instant is the right one....I make the warm brownie recipe last night with it and it turned out great but i want to make sure it is compatible with other recipes.....thanks

Greeneyes.. I use the instant... It mixes quickly into any liquid 'instantly'. I love it as a thickener or to make something creamier...

I feel like that little happy recipe is a cheat and it isn't... SBD works for me!

I use instant too and have not had any problems!

man...I didn't even know there was a difference...:)

I just checked my box and it said Instant. I guess it's ok!
