Default Difference between SBD and the supercharged book?

I'm getting ready to start the SBD. I see there is a new book out. What's the difference between the SBD and the new supercharged book?
Do I need the new book?
thanks!

The only real differences are a few new foods on the food lists (that you can also pick up from the FAQ section here) and an exercise plan.

You don't need the supercharged book, but if you have a library close by, it wouldn't hurt to check it out and peruse the pages.

What is most important is that you have ONE OF the books - not necessarily which one. They are both great resources - I go back to mine all of the time....
