Our bodies fluctuate with the amount of fluid we hold, etc. Don't stress about it - enjoy it - but don't be discouraged if tomorrow maybe the scale says 4 instead of 5 lbs. lost - or something along those lines! I try to weigh myself at the same time of day - once or twice a week (I know it's hard to not peek in between!) Too much scale watching can be really tough! Sounds as though you are doing great and sticking to the plan! The weight WILL come off if you stick to it! Go get 'em!
