Default Anyone tried Whole Grain Rice A Roni?

It looks as if we can have this with the ingredients listed but I've come to the point now where I'm second guessing a lot, so I want an opinion if we can have it. I did get the Chicken & Herb Flavor and I make it with Olive Oil, not butter.

Thanks.

Here's the ingredients.

PARBOILED LONG GRAIN BROWN RICE, PEARLED BARLEY, PEARLED RED WHEAT, SALT, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT*, ONIONS*, NATURAL FLAVORS, CARROTS*, GARLIC*, OLIVE OIL, SPICES, PARSLEY*, SOY PROTEIN, TURMERIC SPICE WHICH IMPARTS COLOR, TOCOPHEROLS FOR FRESHNESS.

*DRIED.

CONTAINS WHEAT AND SOY INGREDIENTS.

If you use the following link, you can see the nutrition label.

I"d be careful. "Autolyzed Yeast Extract" is really MSG. MSG can cause a laundry list of problems. http://www.carbohydrateaddicts.com/msg.html

I never knew that autolyzed yeast extract is msg. Good to know as I get migraines from msg. I just don't use very many prepared foods, so I am not used to having to look for those ingredients.
