What I've learned about exercise
1 - It is addictive but not in the way I thought. Yes, I feel better when I exercise but I feel crumby when I don't! Everything gets kind of stiff and achy and I'm way more tired when I don't move enough.
2 - Exercise will make your body shape change in different ways than weight loss. Of course that means that once you start you have to stick with it.
3 - Nothing is as motivating as knowing all of you are out there working it too! When I want to slack I think of everyone else out there dragging themselves off the couch and I just know I have no excuse

Baby steps, getting back on track 2015. Moving the next 10 lbs by the end of the summer.
Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 63 lbs and counting!
