Black Beluga Lentils
 

I have a package of precooked black beluga lentils. Does anyone have good ideas of what to do with them? thanks!!

Black bean soup! To make it super easy, just pour a whole jar of salsa over them and heat, then puree. Serve with a dollop of ff yogurt. Yummmmmmmmmm!

There are tons of things you can do with lentils. Make a lentil loaf, a tostada, a soup....they are very versatile.

My family really likes lentils, but our favorite is lentil tacos/tostada. I would cook the lentils with a little chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and fresh onions and bell peppers. You can also throw in a little chopped jalapeno if you're feeling sassy.

Use that as you would taco meat. It's awesome tasting and healthier!
