i just got the south beach hoilday book and it is wonderful. i went to the local supermarket and found WHOLE WHEAT MATZOH AND MATZOH MEAL
I had matzoh bry today and it was excellent .

just be aware that WW maztoh is NOT KOSHER FOR PASSOVER IF YOU ARE OBSERVANT.
