Hello all! Does anyone know of a Phase 1 Chicken Kiev recipe? I'm dying for some but can't seem to find one...it may not be possible but I can dream I guess! Let me know

I'm thinking that it would, for the most part, be pretty impossible to SBD it. Particularly if you are wanting the breadcrumbs and herbed butter it's stuffed with. However, you can do a yummy chicken roll-up by pounding out a boneless chicken breast, place a peice of ham, some l/f cheese, maybe even some fresh spinach or mushrooms, roll that up - season with s&p and bake it in the oven for around 40 min.

I've never had Chicken Kiev, but there is a recipe for Parmesan crusted chicken breasts in the recipe forum that is really good - that would give you the crispy coating, and you could replace butter with Smart Balance. Not sure if there is other non-Beachy stuff in the recipe.
