Hi to everyone! I began Phase 1 on Monday and have already lost about 4 pounds. I had a baby on February 4th and knew it was time to get into those pre-baby clothes! I had a shirt that said, "Pregnant...not fat" but I can't wear that anymore! So, here I am and doing well so far. I already feel better and am surprised at how few cravings I have had. Anyhow, just wanted to say hello to everyone! I love 3FC!
Make sure that if you're nursing, your supply isn't suffering from cutting out the carbs. You might have to do a modified Phase 1 and keep oatmeal in every day in order to keep your supply up. Just FYI
