Default V8-low sodium

I dont understand how v8 helps?? I know its full of vegs, but it has alot of carbs and sugar too...

Im thinking about dropping this from my bfast and only doing a broccolli, ham and cheese omlet or the belgium waffles from this recipe..

any thoughts??

I only need to loose 10pds and need to do so by april 19th

what can I put in place of the v8 to get my veggies in??

We don't need to worry about the carbs if they are healthy carbs. V8 doesn't have any added sugar, the only sugars in it are naturally occurring in the vegetables. So it is veggie juice, with nutrients from the vegetables, and some fiber also. Of course it is better to eat the whole vegetables, but I drink it because it helps me get in an extra serving of veggies during the day. Also, I like it (but not the low-salt, yuck). If you don't like it, there's no problem with dropping it. To replace it, you would just need to eat veggies of your choice to get in your 4 1/2 cups /day.

sweetie you are NOT going to lose ten pounds by April 19th. you may lose 1 pound in 2 weeks and then it may take 3-6 months to lose the other nine. Seriously. the less you have to lose the longer it will take.

you really need to read the book.

the v8 is good for you low sodium or regular.

drink the v8!

im glad i saw this because i didnt know if i can drink the v8 and i have been as a snack and fyi the spicey hot v8 is great

The spicy V8 is my favorite. Kind of like a Bloody Mary in the morning. I love it!

Last time I was at the store, I accidently bought the Low Sodium kind, and it is NOT the same. But I'm half way through and it's getting better (or I'm becoming numb to it I'm itching to try the spicy kind...so that'll be next!

Try adding some hot sauce to the low sodium and shake it up well. I love it.
