Default Jello snack question

Is eating just a Jello cup for a snack considered enough or should I have something else with it?

I think with the snack you're either aiming for fiber or protein. One snack a day should have some veggies in it.

I like 15 almonds as a snack, or a low fat string cheese stick, or the celery with either peanut butter (if I didn't have the almonds) or laughing cow cheese.

Today's the celery with the cheese, which really is tasty.

I think that depends on when you are having the snack - during the day or before bedtime
