I wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been on phase 1 for a little over a week, and feel this is a plan I can stick with long term. The sugar cravings are gone, hope they do not return. My son has a birthday this weekend, and am nervous about cutting his cake- and leftovers.
I found some great hints and ideas here- you guys are so supportive and encouraging. Last year I had some success on SB, but lost my focus and up the weight went. Looking forward to chatting and sharing with you guys!
