I stuck to all my dinners I planned for last week with the exception of last night--I had no sauce for the chicken I'd planned, so I had 2 MorningStar Farms Asian veggie burgers on whole wheat buns instead.

Today's plan:
  • V8
  • leftover broccoli, cheese, and chicken soup
  • salad - romaine, baby spinach, broccoli slaw, shredded red cabbage, sliced almonds, chicken, and Asian sesame dressing
  • string cheese
  • chicken breast tenders with barbecue sauce, avocado, and Swiss cheese, side of mashed cauliflower
Dinners for the week:
  • Monday: chicken w/bbq sauce, avocado, and Swiss, side of mashed cauliflower
  • Tuesday: turkey burgers
  • Wednesday: turkey keilbasa, side of mashed cauliflower
  • Thursday: crockpot chili
  • Friday: TBD
  • Saturday: out for dinner! protein and vegetable
  • Sunday: TBD
I'll fill in the TBDs later tonight--right now, I have to go to a metting!

Well, so far I've planned taco bake for dinner this week. I'm planning on something with chicken but will have to get creative, as ds is tired of chicken! So, off to the recipe stickies to come up with something.

today's creature feature is Turkey soup. Salad with turkey, my usual boiled egg and bowl of bran for breakfast. probably toss in an apple and grapefruit.

tommorow and friday I work so I probably won't have a chance to say boo. I'll be back for the weekend though.
