Kara - you've been my inspiration. I figure if you can do it while taking care of three little ones I've got no excuse! Adding in the required half hour of PT exercises every day also bumps up those hours. I wasn't counting them before and then realized I should be since they include weights and other floor type exercises.
Now I want to start running if the dr. gives me the okay. I'd like less minutes and more calories burned!
