So I had a couple of huge NSV's this week. One was I bought a new pair of jeans one size smaller last week. I went from an 18 to a 16. This new pair of jeans fit kinda tightly and a little uncomfortable but the other size fell off me. THe tight jeans now fit comfortably. So size 14 here I come!!!!!!!

My next one is we have a formal this weekend. I took out my dress I wore about 2 yrs ago and put it on and it was HUGE on me. About 2 sizes to big. I took it and had it altered and now it fits nice.

My last one is my hubby was kinda being ugly and saying that the neighbor isn't much to look at and I said but she is about the same size as me. He said maybe but your a lot prettier. This has nothing to do with losing weight but my hubby used to never say I look prettier or anything unless I asked. He is now telling me I look nice and all of that without me asking!!!

I don't know what NSV means so I can't respond.

Ahhh, cool!

As soon as I try on an article of clothing that is now too loose, I immediately list if for sale on Ebay. Some auctions ended last night and I made $147 on 10 items. Oh, and someone FINALLY asked if I had lost some weight. Yay! I was wondering when people would notice.

Only1 shouldn't that be considered 2 NSV's - 1 being the big clothes and 2 being the $$$ made from them

I've got another -

Went to the clubhouse on my lunch break and walked on the treadmil and my pants are so big in the waist til my pedometer had slid all the way around to almost my back - woo hoo for baggy pants

I was leaving school today, walking in the rain under an umbrella. A friend of mine I've taught with for years was driving into the parking lot. She rolled down her window and said "I swear I thought you were one of the college students here to observe. You have lost soooo much weight. You look great".
I loved it. I was so jealous when she lost so much weight a couple of years ago.

Wel I bought a size 20 pair of jeans( mind you I started at about a 26/28) They not only fit me comfortably I can slide them down without undoing them. In fact they're starting to slide around a bit. I need another pair cause I'm down to only one pair now that don't fall off me while walking around.

NSV-I wore a pair of dress pants that I purchased a couple weeks before Christmas tonight and I had to be careful not to "pants" myself. I didn't realize they would be that loose!
NSV-I truly missed walking on the treadmill today. I did wear my pedometer at work for the first time today...what a fun new toy! It is good feedback.
NSV-I only ate salad at the dinner tonight, the only other choice was pasta and bread...I passed and ate leftovers when I got home.

It is so nice to celebrate and be positive.

Yesterday at work a co-worker asked if I had lost more weight and I said no just Seem to be maintaining..she said it looks like you have especially your arms are getting smaller- guess using my weights is helping me tone up and maybe lose some fat if not weight

Pearlrose--By volume-muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space so it makes perfect sense. Congrats! Yipee for all the NSV!
