Northern Hemisphere Hoodie-Hoo Day is February 20

On this winter day, people go out at noon, wave their hands over their heads and chant "Hoodie-Hoo".

It is a day to chase away winter and bring in spring. After all, everyone in the northern hemisphere are sick and tired of winter at this point and a little crazy being cooped up inside all winter and not seeing the sun.

happy hoodie hoo from Canada. What whats wrong with winter. no sledding in summer.

Also no shoveling, no falling on ice, no towing my son's car out of the ditch twice, no scraping windshields, no getting stuck in my own driveway and no chapped hands that feel like leather!
