I always interpreted it as 30 pistachios for the day, or 15 almonds for the day, etc. You can have them all in one snack or spread them out throughout the day. Am I right about that chicks? I always wondered why it was 2T of peanut butter for the day though when the nut servings come to 100 calories and the peanut butter comes to about 200 calories.
