I made stuffed portobeels for the first time last week. I sprayed them with cooking spray and grilled em in the foreman grill. In a pan, i sauteedfresh spinach, garlic, herbs, and whatever RF cheeses I had. A couple spoons of Alout heerb cheese, a cheese stick cut up, very little parm. I stuffed them and baked about 10 min, very very good. i make this same mixture for the small mushrooms and also chop up the stems, too. Ones I made last time were very good-probably my favorite meal, and cheap!
