Hello! I'm kind of new to the board as I've been just watching on and off for a year or so. Starting tomorrow am (got to finish grocery shopping and food plans today) I am gpoing back on my version of the SB diet. I don't do phase 1 (borderline diabetic) but I do phase 2 with a few tweaks that my RE approved. But with hubby doing the cooking for right now (I just had a hysterectomy on Tuesday), it might be hard to stay on the plan. I think I have convinced him to join me on it though. He has about 100 lbs to lose. Look forward to getting to know all of you and learning some great tips and hints!
