February Weighloss Targets

  • I guess I'd better get this started for Ruthie!

    Thanks to Phase 1, I did reach my January goal, but the darned scale hasn't budged since!

    I'm going to try for 4 lbs. for February.

  • Two for me. I need to eat more to heal they tell me.
  • My goal will be 5 pounds for February.
  • With restarting Phase 1 today I am hoping for 5 pounds.
  • I'm hoping to reach goal by my birthday (Feb. 27th). Which is fairly doable, considering I only have 4 pounds to go. I won't cry if I don't reach it by then, but I'm hoping I do.
  • I'm hoping to reach my goal of losing 7 more lbs by the end of February/beginning of March when I have a big birthday... doing weights, massive cardio and cutting calories/carbs. So far my "plan" is working and I might make it.
