Default Flavored Extracts???

I am on Phase 1 and noticed that we can use Vanilla and Almond extract. I want to know if other extracts are safe? I have seen "PURE" Vanilla and Almond extracts but only imitation coconut and banana extract. Is there a difference in calorie/carbs or just the alcohol content?

Thanks

It should be fine in terms of being SBD-safe, but you should only use small amounts. They do have alcohol, so if you're worried about that, just make sure you use small amounts.

I am on McCormick's website and found it interesting that the Pure Vanilla Extract has corn syrup but the imitation doesn't.

No I'm not worried about the alcohol Thanks
