I woke up today feeling more tired but then I ate eggs and turkey bacon and had a small low sodium V8 and felt better. 2 hours later I was starving again!! Last night I was starving by 5pm after having salmon with veggies for lunch and two snacks one was celery with hummus and the other was chicken lunch meat with cheese roll ups. I dont know why I am so hungry I drink 12 glasses of water if not more a day and I am getting all my veggies. Ive always had this problem on diets being always hungry., I was hoping I wouldnt with this one.
This is what I ate yesterday.
2 egg and spinach quiches, glass of milk, V8 juice, cheese stick
snack- 7 almonds and a cheese stick
lunch- 6 oz salmon and brocoli
snack- 2 tablespoons of hummus on 3 celery stalks
snack#2- 5 fat free roasted chicken lunch meat slices with a slice of 2 percent cheese
dinner- 1/4 pound of taco meat in a salad with cheese, pinto beans, sour cream, salsa.
dessert- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixed with sugar free jello.
You would think this would be enough. I use all lowfat cheeses and everything. I also drink alot of water. I was also very grouchy last night and tired!
