Default Question about cream cheese

I noticed that in the phase 1 recipe for peanut butter cheesecakes it says lowfat cream cheese. I got some lowfat and it still has 7 grams in it per serving. What about fat free? I know it has more sugar though. Do I use the lowfat?

That is the problem with fat free stuff. A lot of times they put extra sugar in it. Stick with the low fat. That's my advice.
