Well after a tries I have decided to get serious after weighing myself today. I started the diet yesterday and did pretty well, I also did 30 min. of cardio and lifted some weights.
I am going to Cozumel Mexico March 15 and my goal is to get down to 140lbs if not 135. I am determined to work my butt off, literally! My goal is to get to the gym at least 5 times per week...I'm at two for this week! I'll be back soon with my progress!
