So far today I have had an egg white omlete with turkey and spinach (hot sauce on the side)
Salmon sashimi and a roll wrapped in cucumber with salmon, avocado, tobiko and crab. Soy beans and miso soup.
For dinner I plan on having grilled chicken and some veggies...
any other suggestions?

My day looks like this
Breakfast
2 Eggs - Deviled
1 Cup V8 Low Sodium
Snack
FF Turkey
LF Cheese String
Cucumbers sliced and dipped in Fat Free plain yogurt
Lunch
Homeade Chilli ( Mixed beans, ground beef, tomatoes, onions, garlic sugar free spices)
LF cheese
FF Yogurt
More Cucumbers and Dip
Snack
FF Turkey
Laughing Cow Cheese
Grape tomatos
I will likely grab a snack before yoga tonight and then have supper when I get home. If I feel like cooking it will be pork tenderloin, vegetable and a salad. If not it will be more chilli.
How does that look?
