Back on the beach...

Well, I was on SB for about a month and a 1/2, decided I could eat carbs and went back on WW (that was about 4 months ago). I have gained all 15 lbs that I managed to lose back. While WW is a good concept, I realized today that I feel better on SB. So, I am back and I am going to get healthy!!
