i had a hard time at first as well. i also had a pretty bad fruit juice habit to kick. I found a couple of brands of flavored water:

both are made with just fruit essences and electrolytes, no sweeteners of any kind. I really like to have a citrus (tangerine/lime) with breakfast to replace my orange juice. then i alternate throughout the day between plain spring water and the fruit waters.
On phase 2 or 3, is it ok to regularly make your own juice with a juicer at home? Ours keeps a large amount of the pulp and fiber in the end juice.
