Lightbulb south beach meal replacement bar?

i am about to start phase 2 on saturday and i was wondering if anyone has tried the replacement bars and snacks. they would be helpful when i am running around with the kids, better than mcdonalds. let me know if you've tried them

haven't tried them. don't think they are healthy for you.

personally I would carry nuts and string cheese... they hold up for a few hours in a purse.... and make sure you ahve water with you.

Hi there. I'm not doing SB, but my mom sent some SB snack bars in the mail and they were hella good. I used them for my pre-run snack in the morning. If you're looking for a meal, they were only the 100 cal. snacks, so I can't help you there. They were light but did the trick...gave me a little energy for my run/workout and held me over until I could eat breakfast.

I just checked out some of the ingredients are the SB bars even OP I mean say if you wanted to eat one every day?

Thanks for asking this..I just bought a huge box at costco..for my road trip..havn't tried them yet..but like the reviews. I would only use them for those I'm hungry,and there is nothing around to eat..as we drive that is. choices

i think starting sat. i will buy them and just have them around on lazy days when i don't want to cook or when i am rushing out the door. thanks everyone
