So far I have had, for breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs and a few cubes of 2% cheese.

Lunch/snacks I have no clue, but for dinner we're having sirloin hamburger patties and fresh cut green beans.

My phase 2 food so far today -

Breakfast - 2 pieces of canadian bacon with cup of v8.
Snack - celery with laughing cow cheese
Lunch - Turkey Polska Kielbasa with onions and green peppers and a side order of steamed cauliflower.
Snack - Think I will have a smoothie.
Dinner - Hubby says we are having Beef Kabobs with peanut dipping sauce. Yum Yum! This is one of my favorites!...of course we will have some type of steamed veggie with that.
Evening snack - Maybe some yogurt.

I feel so bad! I just had the worst lunch...so bad that I am not even telling ya'll what it was. It would just be food porn. I had to work a business fair and serve the food! You know what happened next! Oh well...I feel really bad physically, so I am laying in the back of the wagon letting the cool breeze roll over me while I contemplate hurling.

missed breakfast (i know, I know)
Lunch Wendy's BLT salad w/ RF Ranch
snack 1oz 2% sharp cheddar
Dinner-Quesadillas ala tifani. 3 shredded chicken breasts
1 pkg. softened 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
1 jar Salsa (no sugar added)
Mission Carb Balance WW Burrito shells (0 sugar 21g fiber) Mix chicken, cheese and salsa until well blended , spoon into burrito shells, roll up, place in pan ( I use use pampered chef stonewear) and bake for 15- 20 minutes. The original recipe called for full fat cream cheese, I replaced this long ago and noone seems to have noticed. It also called for making a sauce out of Velveeta that my family love that goes over top the last few minutes of baking. I don't know how to replace that. velveeta melts better than cheddar, or at least that's how the jingle goes. If I come up with something I'll let ya'll know!

Is it? I didn't know, I jsut assumed that processed "cheese food" was out of the picture. I think they also have a lower fat version out. I will check when I go to the store. I guess I could also make it a little saucier than usually and use FF milk (maybe they won't notice.) Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I am so glad you all liked this idea! It helps keep me accountable if I have to tell all of you...

(Keep in mind, I am nursing, and shoot for 1800 calories a day to lose. At 2000, I maintain. Sounds lucky to be able to eat so much, but it is not really, because I am constantly hungry)

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices extra lean turkey bacon, 1/4 c ff mozz cheese, 1/4 c spinach, 1/4 c mushrooms- all cooked together
Snack 1: 1 tablespoon PB
Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, ff feta and 6 oz chicken breast
Snack 2: 1 T PB, 1 cup unsweetened soymilk. May have some ff yogurt and blueberries soon...
4 oz of water so far...4 to go. I will do it today!!!

Dinner plans: Mahi Mahi, salad, 1/2 cup brown rice
Dessert: Dark chocolate and tea

I actually came home from work at 2:30 and took a nap...no more cheating for me...Feeling that bad is a deterent!
