Hello People!!

I have a lot of weight to lose and I did phase one and then Ph2 and then did phase 1 and am back on phase 2 again. I was wondering if it is allowed to eat wheat farin. I have never even heard of it before but I wanted to eat some hot cereal the other day and the first ingrediant was wheat farin followed by wheat germ. Sounds pretty healthy. Anyone know?

Do you mean "farina"? Perhaps you could post the name of the cereal Brand and the ingredients. It may be OK but cereal makers are sneaky!
